The Qcut 150 A is a flexible precision cut-off machine which is used with cut-off wheels up to a diameter of 203 mm/8”. The compact benchtop model performs automatic as well as manual cuts with the ergonomic lever. The optional clamping arm with built-in force sensor ensures low-deformation cuts due to a precise force-controlled feed rate.Up to 5 different modes: manual, automatic feed, force-controlled feed, grinding mode, cutting with table attachment (depending on machine configuration)

The Qcut 200 A remains unique on the market with its conceptual design of a large cutting machine in table format. The Qcut200A is a compact, user-friendly precision wet abrasive cutting machine. It can be fitted with up to three automatic axes (X, Y, Z) and several cutting modes for maximum flexibility and ideal use of space. With its modular construction and different options and clamping tools the cutting machine Qcut200A can be easily equipped for specific applications. The fully automatic version is especially suited for precise cutting of small part of different geometries. Use of a vacuum sample holder allows cutting of thin sections and unmounted samples with extraordinary precision.
Manual Cut-off Machine BRILLANT 230
The BRILLANT 230 is a wet abrasive cut-off machine with fine dynamic, manual wheel movement into samples up to Ø 110 mm. The spacious cutting chamber allows various clamping variations. The solid aluminium design of the cutting machine comes with openings on the right and left hand side for cutting continuous long parts.
Manual Cut-off Machine QCUT 250 M
The Qcut 250 M is an especially user-friendly wet abrasive cutting machine with manual cut-off. Opening the machine folds away the hood to the inside so that the whole cutting chamber is easily accessible. The round window opens a wide field of view during the cutting process.The cutting wheel cooling is integrated directly into the wheel guarding cover. The large, stainless table is equipped with replaceable wearing plates. Transverse grooves allow optimized alignment of clamping vices (e. g. clamping vice 80).
Automatic Cut-off Machine QCUT 250 A
The Qcut 250 A is a compact and flexible semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine with a 254 mm/10” cut-off wheel for workpieces or samples up to Ø 95 mm. This machine combines the benefits and speed of a manual cut-off machine with the advantages of an automatic abrasive cutter.The semi-automatic Qcut 250 A is equipped with an integrated hand lever with electromechanical lever brake. It can be operated with one hand and makes vertical cuts or the positioning of the cut-off wheel easier than before. The stainless steel cutting table can be used in manual mode by a hand wheel (traverse cut), or with a dynamic automatic drive. The latter allows the pulsed cut and the Care-Cut (oscillation cut for chop cuts). For more complex cutting tasks, the Qcut 250 A can be equipped with an optional automatic cross table to perform serial cuts.The unique horizontal, parallel moving wheel guard maximizes the usage of the cut-off wheel. A very large color interface and newly created user concept guides the operator through the tasks, to minimize operator errors. The individually adjustable user information system facilitates routine tasks such as renewal of coolant, scheduled maintenance all other cut-off machines from ATM Qness GmbH, the Qcut 250 A is fully compatible with QATM's easy clamping system. The changing of clamping tools becomes much faster and allows the user to remove or fix a clamping tool with only one single step.
Automatic Cut-off Machine Qcut 350 A
The Qcut 350 A is an automatic wet abrasive cut-off machine for samples up to max. Ø 135 mm. Due to its low contact cutting (lcc) function, it gently cuts different types of samples with various geometries, sizes and materials.The cut-off machine is commonly used in metallography, materialography, mineralogy, as well as for the cutting of composite materials (CFC/PMC/MMC) or electronic devices such as PCB’s.The large cutting chamber and stainless steel table of the machine allow comfortable and flexible operation. A wealth of software based features, such as automatic touch detection, multi-position process and parallel setting of the wheel guard during vertical cutting further enhance the reproducibility of cutting processes.
