SANXO – SCOPE HD U10: Industrial digital microscope

This new industrial digital microscope is equipped with the new 1”, 20.5 Mpix IDS camera with SONY sensor, which gives outstandingly good true colors and it has nearly 80% quantum efficiency. Using the special digital zoom function with the mouse wheel, the zoomed image is equally very sharp and clear on the full HD resolution monitor thanks to the very good 20.5 Mpix USB3 camera from IDS-Imaging GmbH and the advanced software features.
In use, the application offers basic functionality such as digital zoom and pan, real-time image enhancement and image saving (local/remote device). Using the calibration feature, distance between two points displayed on the screen can be measured using either pixel units or calibrated real-world units. The basic and advanced functions as well as the settings can be accessed by right-clicking anywhere on the screen (see image below).
SANXO – Scope HD U10 is a reflected light microscope, because it uses the reflected beam of the incident light. Ideal to inspect opaque samples, anything that is nontransparent. The SANXO digital microscope performs all the tasks of a traditional compound microscope with the benefits of digital image processing.
SANXO – SCOPE DUAL5: dual view microscope
The SANXO-Scope DUAL5 is ideal for PCB inspection. The ANGLE of VIEW of both cameras are adjustable. Using smooth moving linear bearing XY-table the user can go through the whole PCB very quickly especially focusing on the soldering joints. The quality inspection process can be shortened with the use of the dual microscope. The two different views of the same component on PCB ensures the high-quality inspection for the SANXO-Scope DUAL5 users.

The new Qeye 800 impresses with fast, high-resolution and efficient optical analysis and measurement of specimens. Especially for standardized weld seam measurement and inspection according to DIN EN ISO 5817.
Measurement tools such as A dimension, depth burn-in, evaluation limits and standard-compliant inspection report are included as standard in the proven and user-friendly Qpix Control2 Software. Integrated graphical template mode with predefined measurement elements and QATM standard catalog, as well as management of customer-specific templates.
